You can return your powerbank to any Recharge.city station listed in the app. Simply click on the "Return" button and follow the instructions to locate the nearest station.

You can rent a powerbank for as long as you need it, starting from the moment you rent it until the day you return it to the kiosk. The rental period concludes on the day the powerbank is returned.

Follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that your current location matches the one you provided when requesting a powerbank from the station.
2. Double-check that your payment method is in working order.
3. Restart the app.

1. Make sure that the green LED power light is turned on when you connect your device to the powerbank. The LED light is located on the front of the charger.
2. Ensure that you are using the correct charging cable that matches your device and that the cable is fully inserted into the charging port.
3. Ensure the your phone case is not preventing full connection of the charger to the device.

If you lost the powerbank, you can purchase it for $99 in the Recharge City app

There are three type of connectors on each powerbank: Apple Lightning, Type-C and Micro-USB.

You can use a Type-C charging cable in order to recharge a powerbank.
