You can return your portable charger to any Recharge.city station for portable chargers listed in the app. Simply click on the "Return" button and follow the instructions to locate the nearest station.
You can rent a portable charger for as long as 14 calendar days, starting from the moment you rent it until the day you return it to the station. The rental period concludes on the day the portable charger is returned. Any portable charger that is not returned will be considered stolen starting from the 14th day of rent and its replacement value of $99.00 in addition to the daily rent will be charged.

1. Make sure that the green LED power light is turned on when you connect your device to the portable charger. The LED light is located on the front of the charger.
2. Ensure that you are using the correct charging cable that matches your device and that the cable is fully inserted into the charging port.
3. Ensure the your phone case is not preventing full connection of the charger to the device.

If you lost a portable charger, you can purchase it in the Recharge City app. Any portable charger that is not returned starting from the 14th day of rent will be considered stolen and its replacement value of $99.00 in addition to the daily rent will be charged.
There are three type of connectors on each portable charger: Apple Lightning, Type-C and Micro-USB.
You can use a Type-C charging cable in order to recharge a portable charger.
