Yes. We offer accident insurance. If a station is damaged beyond repair or stolen, we will replace it at no cost to you.
All transactions are linked to a customer’s payment method. If a portable charger hasn't been returned within the 14-day rental period, it is considered purchased, and a replacement fee of $99.00 is charged in addition to the daily rental fee. The replacement fee will be shared between you and us.
