These terms and conditions constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and KAMALETDOS LLC and our affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “RECHARGE”) regarding your use of RECHARGE powerbank sharing service (“Service”) in the United States of America, and applies to our website
https://www.recharge.city (“Website”) and to the Recharge application for mobile devices («Recharge App”) using operating systems such as IOS and Android (the Website and the Recharge App are collectively called the “Platform’).
CHARGES AND PAYMENT
Service rates vary, and solely depend on agreements with our hosts. You can find up-to-date information about the rate at the individual Recharge by clicking on its pin in our mobile application. Information about the rate will also appear when you scan the QR code before renting a power bank.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS.
For your convenience, we provide you with several payment options:
(a) You may link your credit or debit card with your account on the RECHARGE App to allow us to automatically deduct all amounts due to us hereunder from your credit card after your use. Pre-paid and cash cards cannot be used as a means of payment.
(b) You may also make a deposit into your account and replenish your account using certain payment services. Your account will be debited for your use of RECHARGE power banks.
(c) Please note that you may not withdraw money from your account under any circumstances. There are no refunds of any amount in your account balance once deposited.
In the event you dispute any charge on your credit or debit card or to your Account, you should contact us at email@example.com as soon as you become aware of a disputed charge.
In case you were erroneously charged by our system, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will open a dispute and, if appropriate, issue the refund. All refunds will be issued within seven working days. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or other payment method used to make
the purchase and will include the shipping / delivery fees you paid, if applicable. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Please note your financial institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.
