YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM US IF YOU (A) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, (B) ARE NOT THE OLDER OF (i) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR (ii) LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH US, OR (C) ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE OR USING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and/or services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.
Prices
Prices and product availability may vary by location/channel and are subject to change. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email or purchase order. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your in your order confirmation email or purchase order. We strive to display accurate price information; however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. Shipments and Delivery
Upon your request, we will arrange for shipment of the products to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Title
Title of any products purchased passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier or delivery Company.
Refunds
All product sales are final and no refund will be issued. Location finding services in particular are customized for the particular customer. These services are non-refundable once they have been provided in any case.
Limitation of Liability
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM US.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
1-Year Limited Product Warranty
We warrant to the original purchaser that the product purchased (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover (i) cosmetic damage, (ii) damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or due to improper use, installation, operation or maintenance, (iii) modification of or to any part of the product, (iv) attempted service by anyone other than a manufacturer authorized service center.
Returns (Faulty Products only)
Your sole and exclusive remedy shall be that we will, at our option, either (i) service, (ii) repair, or (iii) replace, any product determined by us to be defective. We reserve the right to inspect any and all product(s) involved in a warranty claim. Service and/or replacement decisions are at our sole discretion. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Geographic Restrictions
MORETIPS LLC is based in the State of Delaware in the United States. We only sell our products and provide our services to persons and entities located in the United States.
